I think that the flag should not change
Firstly it's a waste of money it's going to cost 26 million dollars now that money could be sent on rebuilding cities like christchurch or helping wellington people replace some of the things they lost plus new zealand people have to pay for the change even if that don't want to.
Secondly in 1840 the flag was first flown in world war two when the treaty was signed.
Last the soldiers fought with for our flag if they we were alive now think how disapointed that would be
These are my reasons why to keep the flag we have know
